Milford Lake’s “One-of-a-kind” Stay
Yes, I am a bit biased. And no I haven’t even stayed here yet but I do plan to do so when I get back in the area for a bit of rest, relaxation and fun.
So what is the name of and where is this place that I am talking about?
Well it’s name is ACORNS RESORT -Cabins and RV Campground. And it’s located in a beautiful spot on Milford Lake near Manhattan and closer to Junction City, KS..
I have watched it grow over the last couple of years into what I think is one of the top places to go and spend a week-end or more. I have had just a bit of contact with the people who run the resort and they are more than willing to help make your stay more than just a stay. If you want a place to go and have some outdoor fun, rest, relaxation, great fishing, clear waters, and more this to me is a safe suggestion.
My thought- One of the best in Kansas
Acorns Resort is located on Milford Lake which is one of the best lakes in Kansas for fishing and other types of recreation.The resort offers a variety of lodging – - cabins, lodge rooms, rv sites, group camps and shelters. Has it’s own dock for those with boats and for those who don’t there are canoe, kayak and pontoon boat rentals. Even a storage yard for those who wish to store their boat.
One of the best that I’ve seen in Kansas. They have a friendly staff who is there to help out however they can to make your stay a fun and relaxing experience. Great for groups, families and singles —-
